Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-ship pieces
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for pieces in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. A 5% restocking fee applies. Custom-sized or engraved pieces are non-returnable.
Custom orders
Custom jewellery is made to your exact specifications and cannot be returned. Design deposits are non-refundable once production begins. We share CAD renders and design sketches for your approval before any metal is cast.
Exchanges & resizing
Free ring resizing within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different design are treated as a new order with a credit for the returned piece's metal value.
Damaged in transit
All shipments are fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
