Our Process
From Concept to Creation
Five stages. One standard: perfection.
01
Design
Every piece begins as a sketch. Our designers translate your vision — or our own — into precise technical drawings, specifying every dimension, stone placement, and finish before a single gram of gold is touched.

Casting
The design is rendered in wax, then encased in plaster and fired. Molten gold — hallmarked BIS 916 or 750 — is poured in under vacuum pressure, ensuring zero porosity and a flawless base structure.

Stone Setting
Our setters work under 10× magnification. Each diamond is hand-placed and secured — prong, pavé, bezel, or channel — with tolerances measured in fractions of a millimetre. No stone is set until it sits perfectly.

Polishing
The piece is polished in multiple passes — rough, medium, and mirror — to achieve the signature Izzni finish. Every surface is inspected by hand before moving forward.

Quality Control
A final inspection under loupe and light. Stone count, weight, finish, and hallmark are verified against the original specification. Only pieces that pass every checkpoint leave our workshop.

Every diamond above 0.30ct ships with an IGI or GIA grading report — an independent, internationally recognised certificate confirming cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight.
BIS Hallmarked Gold
All gold used in Izzni pieces is BIS 916 (22kt) or BIS 750 (18kt) hallmarked — India's mandatory purity standard, verified by a government-approved assay centre.
Lab-Grown & Natural Options
We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds at every price point. Lab-grown stones are chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds — certified to the same standards.
